Loc Universe S. de R.L. de C.V., with commercial name Sound Map (hereinafter “The Responsible Party” and/or “Sound Map”), located at Porfirio Díaz #34, Insurgentes San Borja, Mexico City, 03100, Mexico, and the website https://www.soundmap.mx/, in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice (hereinafter “the Law”), is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, and we hereby inform you of the following:

The request should include the following information: Full name of the data subject, address, phone number, email address, a copy of an official identification attached, and the subject line should read: “ARCO Rights”.

In the body of the request, describe the object of the request, which may include, but is not limited to, the following: Withdrawal of consent for the processing of your personal data; Notification of improper use of your personal data; Exercising your ARCO Rights with a clear and precise description of the data to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to. If you are requesting Rectification of personal data, you must specify the exact modification and attach supporting documentation. Please note that if you withdraw consent, we may not be able to process your request or immediately stop using your data, as we might be legally required to continue processing it. Additionally, withdrawing your consent for certain purposes may mean we can no longer provide the service you requested or may result in the termination of our relationship with you.
